You can permanently delete your Astrolya account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it, depending on whether you still have the app installed.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.

  • Open Astrolya and go to Settings.
  • Tap Delete My Account.
  • Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or can't sign in, email us from the address or phone number associated with your account and we'll process the deletion manually.

We typically complete email requests within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile - name, phone number/email, and birth details saved to your account.
  • Your wallet balance.
  • Chat history tied to your account.

This data is removed from our systems as soon as your deletion request is processed - immediately for in-app deletion, or within the timeframe above for email requests.

What we keep, and why

We retain records of completed purchases and payments (via Google Play Billing) as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes under applicable law. This is transaction history, not personal profile data, and it isn't used for anything beyond those legal obligations once your account is deleted.
